NPD FACEBOOK POST 9.25.14 - Welcome Officer O'Connor!!
Hi All,
We are happy to welcome Officer Patrick O’Connor to the Naugatuck PD. Officer O’Connor graduated the police academy on September 17th and has begun his field training.
Officer O’Connor grew up in a law enforcement family, as his dad has been a highly respected police officer in the town of Greenwich for over thirty years
Officer O’Connor is a graduate of Greenwich High school and Southern Connecticut State University. He was previously a waiter and bar tender … and admits that he has served roasted duck in his pa
st (No…Bangor is not aware of this!). Officer O’Connor was a rugby player and still has a love for the game, but retired after his senior year in college in 2012…He was very upset when he found out the NPD does not have a rugby team!
As many of you will recall, Officer O’Connor had a starring role in the “Bangor takes a quiz” Facebook Post video we put out yesterday… and we hope his policing career goes as well as his acting debut did!!
