CRIME WATCH TIP:
The NPD – as other area agencies have received a notice from the CT Intelligence Center that towns in the Fairfield County and New Haven County areas have been receiving reports of stolen vehicles related to groups of youths that are targeting suburban neighborhoods. The youths get dropped off in small groups and check driveways for cars that are unlocked to steal them. While Naugatuck has not had any known recent incidents, these types of incidents have occurred in the past.
