Ryan has not been seen since Monday 10/3/16, and was last contacted on
Tuesday 10/4/16. Family members reported him missing and advised that
although he does have a history of substance abuse, he normally contacts
family every day. Family members advised that it has been several days
since last contact and they have not been able to locate Ryan and that
his cell phone number just goes to a full mail box.
A text was
made between a family member and Ryan on Tuesday 10/4/16 which indicated
he was going to see a friend in West Haven, CT and that he planned to
return to Waterbury.
