On 9/7/14 at approximately 2:11 p.m. the Officers responded to 20 School Street for a robbery complaint. The accused and victim were arguing over money being owed to the accused. During the argument the accused pulled out a knife and demanded the victim pay him. The accused threw the knife into a wooded area prior to the Officer's arrival. The K-9 was deployed for an evidence search and located a folding knife in the wooded area. The accused was given a court date of 9/8/14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He was held on a $50,000.00 surety bond
