Today feel very fall-like! A bit chilly but its expected to warm into
the 70’s with sun … so give it a bit and it should feel great… wear
sunglasses …outside of that, there are no weather related driving issues
to be concerned with today!!
**The next scheduled bridge closure is THIS WEEKEND - The Prospect
Street Bridge is scheduled to be closed beginning on Friday Night
9/16/16 at 9:00 PM. The closure will last as long as needed up until
Monday Morning at 6:00 AM. The Maple Street bridge will remain open,
west bound only and Salem Bridge will be fully open.**
The NPD
had a low reported crime day yesterday … we love to have these and a
streak of them would be even better!! … to that note, we had no
burglaries, robberies or vandalism]s reported … and we received only one
report of a larceny … a residence on Rubber Ave reported that lottery
tickets were stolen from the home while …. Well, while the victim was …
in the bathroom …. They always seem to strike when you’re most
vulnerable …. The NPD wishes to remind everyone to secure their
valuables when they use the restroom ….
