Happy Thursday
The NPD received a missing person report last night (Ms. Heather Huntley) and we are happy to say that she was located safe and unharmed. We appreciate those of you that shared our post as those greatly help in spreading the awareness of the missing person!
The NPD had another active day, some of the numbers are listed below and the complete report is attached in the link at the bottom of the page.
The Naugatuck PD will be hosting a regional traffic unit event tonight (Thursday 1/28/16) in Naugatuck. The unit consists of officers from several towns including Watertown, Middlebury and Wolcott. The unit plans to target all types of motor vehicle violations including traffic light violations, Stop sign violations, speeding, seatbelt violators and cell phone / distracted driving violators. The unit will be performing roaming patrols in all areas of town, we remind everyone to please drive safely and legally!
