Hi everyone - We were very busy with motor vehicle enforcement as patrol along with the NPD traffic unit stayed active during the evening. Our traffic unit reminds you to please obey the speed limit, buckle up and put the cell phones down while driving!
We had no reports of burglaries over the past day however we are continuing to receive tips and calls from citizens of suspicious persons and vehicles - please keep those calls coming - our officers and detectives are working these crimes and the information is very helpful.
On that same note, we did receive a report of a vehicle that had been egged sometime during the night of Friday into Saturday on Millville Ave - we also had more Christmas lights stolen from May Street... Again - keep an eye out and report anything that looks suspicious.
