On 8/23/14 the Officers responded to 1057 Andrew Avenue for a landlord and tenant dispute. The accused shut off the electrical power to the tenants living area. The accused was given a court date of 8/27/14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He was released on a $5,000.00 non-surety bond.
