Last Contact: Tuesday July 7th 5:00 PM Description: Hispanic - White -Male
HEIGHT:6` 01” WEIGHT: 175 HAIR: Brown EYES: Brown
Last Seen Wearing: burgundy T-shirt dark colored jeans and a faded blue bandanna.
Mr. Marrero is a 19 year old male who is under State DCF care and resides in foster care. Mr. Marrero is diagnosed with having an emotional disorder. Mr. Marrero initially left his home on Monday 7/6/15 and returned on Tuesday, but then left again at about 5:00 PM after becoming involved in an argument with his foster parent.
