ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE for Thursday 6/18/15
The Naugatuck Police would like to make residents aware that lower Rubber Ave between Meadow / Cherry Streets and Arch Street will be periodically closed to ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC today, Thursday 6/18/15 between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM for water line installations. All east bound traffic (headed towards down town) will be detoured onto Scott Street around the construction except for traffic going into the Farmers Market Plaza and Friendly’s Restaurant. West bound vehicles (Headed away from down town) will at times be directed in both directions to Scott Street to bypass the area of construction.
Motorists are encouraged to utilize an alternate route to avoid delays in the area.
